Caroline and Shenita (picture to the right), a mother and daughter team, created eden's market in 2007. eden’s market is a small company dedicated to creating healthy foods that taste delicious. This is achieved by using uncooked vegetables, sprouts, beans, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, natural sweeteners and whole grains and transforming these ingredients into meals that are so full of flavor that you forget that they are healthy too!

Currently, eden's market's primary products include Caroline's Raw and Handmade Flax Seed Crackers and Caroline's Raw and Handmade Sweet Granola Chunks.
